Routt First Responders Foundation

The Routt First Responders Foundation began as the Steamboat Fire Foundation with a focus on assisting local fire departments and emergency services across Routt County. However, as interest from multiple agencies grew, it became clear that a broader approach was necessary to meet the diverse needs of first responders in the community. In response to this, the organization adopted a new name — Routt First Responders Foundation — reflecting its expanded mission to serve all first responders in the county, including fire departments, law enforcement, ski patrol, dispatchers, and search and rescue teams.

Routt First Responders Foundation strives to protect, celebrate, and provide assistance to Routt County first responders and their families.

Routt First Responders Foundation empowers the public safety community through collaborative efforts, where public safety members and their families thrive within a robust support network.
